Cassette Roof

An economical and labour-saving roofing solution for weatherproofing and interim halls.

Cassette roofs have become highly popular on construction sites, especially for conversion projects, additional storey additions, renovations, and restorations. These roofs provide comprehensive protection for both the structure and equipment during conversion or roof repair work, allowing normal business operations to continue safely under a secure roof.

Keder Roof XL

With the Keder Roof XL, Layher is setting new standards for temporary roofing over construction sites or stages. This innovative system offers an economical solution suitable for both small and large spans, capable of spanning up to 30 metres while meeting the demands of diverse weather conditions. Constructed with lightweight Aluminium Lattice Beams 750 featuring integrated keder sections in the top chord, the Keder Roof XL ensures structural stability and durability. The Keder Roof XL is highly versatile in its applications, ranging from roofing during the addition of storeys and the repair of timber roofs and coverings, to weather protection for new structures.

The Allround FW Roof

In addition to its versatility in bridging and supporting beam applications, the Allround FW System proves itself as an ideal choice for temporary roof structures offering weather protection. Designed to withstand local conditions, including wind forces and snow loads, this system can achieve remarkable spans of up to 45 metres, ensuring reliable and secure coverage for various projects.

Allround FW System with large static height allows large roof widths over 45 metres depending on the local wind and snow load conditions.
Thanks to the multiple and flexible applications of the Allround FW System for weatherproof roofs, bridgings and support beams, the FW System can be used very frequently.
With only 3 additional components for Allround Scaffolding the FW System can be mounted and integrated into Allround structures without any offset.

Our cassette enclosure system is designed to integrate with Allround Scaffolding and SpeedyScaf systems. Engineered to meet stringent standards for environmental protection and noise and weather insulation, this solution combines exceptional affordability with Layher’s renowned quality.

With a limited number of individual parts, it is designed for frequent assembly in changing scenarios.
Quick and easy assembly in a simple and logical sequence.
Thanks to the all-round rubber seal, the cassette elements are largely dustproof (facade coverings), vacuum-compatible (removal of asbestos) and waterproof (sandblasting work).
Also available with light cassettes to permit work in daylight conditions behind the enclosure.
Door elements are compatible with the system and individual requirements are available.
