Zifa P2​

Zifa P2

Zifa P2 – The pre-assembled tower for work at low heights.

Uni light P2

Uni Light Tower P2 – A practical rolling tower for work in tight spaces.

Compact and lightweight, this rolling tower ensures safe and convenient work in areas where ladders were once used. With a spacious platform area of 1.3 m², the Uni Light P2 allows unrestricted movement and offers ample space for tools and materials.

  • Its low weight and convenient dimensions make it very easy to transport, even in a van.

Uni Compact P2

Uni Compact P2: A compact tower with a double-width work deck.

Despite its compact dimensions, this universal tower provides abundant space for working at heights, accommodating materials while ensuring ample freedom of movement.

Uni Standard P2

Uni Standard P2 – The most versatile rolling tower for working at a great height.

Whether used for work on walls and ceilings, on machinery, or in technical facilities, factories and warehouses, the Uni Standard P2 is the ideal solution.

Uni Comfort

Uni comfort – the universal tower with convenient stairway access.

The compact Uni Comfort tower is ideally suited for assembly and maintenance work etc.

  • The convenient stairway access with full-length handrail facilitates frequent ascents and descents, permits very high-level work and leaves the hands free to carry tools and material.

  • Work decks with aluminium frame and plywood insert (BFU 100) as an access deck with full-length opening for convenient internal access.

  • Outriggers for base widening can be attached without using tools. If these are fitted with castors, the tower can be moved safely without being dismantled.

Aluminum Bridging Beam

Aluminium Bridging Beam 600 – The ultimate work deck for lengths of up to 10 m. 

Manufactured from lightweight aluminium sections, our Aluminium Bridging Beam 600 is both light and strong. Depending on the application, it is also possible to attach a three-piece side protection to the Aluminium Bridging Beam.

Castors​

Castors

Our robust castors ensure smooth manoeuvrability and stable positioning while working. Steel spindles enable easy, precise height adjustment and centralised load distribution, enhancing stability so that the user can work safely and efficiently.

Ladder Frames

The ladder frame is both a framework and a ladder in one. It features ribbing on steps for enhanced slip resistance.

Ladder frames are available in lengths of 1.00m and 2.00m widths of 0.75m and 1.50m.

Long, conical pipe couplings ensure a secure and smooth plug connection of one ladder frame to another, which can be secured easily using a spring cotter pin.

Guardrails and diagonal braces

Offering unparalleled, tool-free connection, the claws snap on effortlessly with a gentle press. The range of colours for the claw fingers on guardrails and diagonal braces streamlines component identification, saving valuable time.

Decks

Robust decks made of aluminium frames with plywood inserts and snap-on claws for easy handling. 

Our decks have non-slip profiles for firm and safe footing, even when wet. At a width of 68 cm the largest possible working area is achieved.

The snap-on claws, which come in a range of shapes, allow easy 1-man installation and at the same time provide 4-way lift-off protection.

The toe-boards, which protect against falling material or tools, form a self-retaining ring to protect the maximum working area.

Stability

The stability of the mobile scaffold must be guaranteed in all phases of installation and removal. Depending on the installation height and whether the scaffold is built in an open or enclosed area, the following steps must be taken:

  • Installation of mobile beams
  • Use of stabilizers
  • Ballast

Bracket Deck Surfaces

Our bracket deck surfaces effectively widen the working surface for our uni standard and uni wide towers. Special designs allow for individualised tower structures that make work safer and faster at various construction sites.

Tower Supports

We provide reliable tower supports for Uni Standard P2 & Uni Wide P2.

  • The Uni Standard P2 and Uni Wide P2 rolling towers are also available with tower supports.
  • They are supplied complete as a set in a wide range of assembly heights up to a working height of 13.2 m.
  • The use of Layher tower supports means that the mobile beam is no longer required and the overall weight of the tower is reduced by up to 43 kg. In addition, fewer ballast weights are needed.

Stair Kit Solution

The stair kit permits safer and more flexible use of rolling tower parts in stairwells. It does not require any modification work, since the stair remains accessible despite the scaffolding.

  • Use of rolling tower parts in stairwells up to platform height of 5 m.
  • Passageways to suit the site – complete blocking off of the stair not needed.
  • Adaptation to stair steps – riser and tread – is possible.
  • Passageway also as entrance for upward access.
