  • LOW NUMBER OF PARTS: The Allround Shoring Frame TG 60 replaces standards, ledgers and diagonal braces, so fewer single components have to be mounted, enabling even faster assembly and dismantling.
  • VARIABLE BAY LENGTHS: The Allround Shoring Tower TG 60 can be flexibly adapted to the standard dimensions of the formwork supports or to the load requirements. Only the appropriate lengths of Allround ledgers and diagonal braces have to be selected; the main components – the shoring frames TG 60 – remain unchanged.
  • BOLT-FREE CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY: Easy installation thanks to proven Allround connection technology. The Allround Shoring Frame TG 60 has integrally cast spigots, which are secured against lifting-off by hinged pins, enabling the shoring towers to be moved by crane.
  • OUTSTANDING SERVICE: Material requirements tables, assembly drawings, type-tested structural analysis in accordance with EN 12812:2008-12 and measurement aids for formwork support are all available for Layher Allround Shoring TG 60. Your Layher Partner will be happy to help you.

Allround Heavy Duty Tower XL

The Allround Heavy Duty Tower XL has four high-strength corner supports, each consisting of four Allround standards plus reinforcement by means of a high-strength steel section. Connected using Allround ledgers and diagonal braces, a solidly braced shoring tower is the result. The Allround standards are connected at a distance of 1 m to the steel section using integrated half-couplers, thus reducing the buckling length and additionally increasing the load capacity of the individual standards. The Allround Heavy Duty Tower XL permits load transmission of up to 200 tonnes depending on the conditions of its use.

The Twixbeam In Shoring Construction

The high-strength, multifunctional aluminium TwixBeam from Layher – consisting of two bolted aluminium U-sections with a height of 200 mm – has a wide range of possible uses, both in shoring construction and in scaffolding construction. The TwixBeam is available in lengths from 0.80 m to 6.60 m. The beam is characterised by high load-bearing capacity yet low weight..
